675 Almanor

675 Almanor is a newly constructed office building located in Sunnyvale, which is one of the major cities in California’s Silicon Valley.  The building stands at five stories tall with 165,000 square feet of luxurious office space.  Some of its features include a roof top deck used as an open air lunch area, four story parking structure for up to 300 vehicles, recreation area on Almanor Avenue with exercise equipment, a rock garden along with native redwood trees and plants which are being used as landscaping for this newly constructed office bldg.

West Coast ASM is responsible for all the corrugated metal siding you see on the exterior of the building and parking garage.  West Coast ASM installed over 7,000 square feet of pre-finished metal siding to give the building a modern look.  To add some contrast, we installed another 7,000 square feet of a wood patterned metal siding and soffit panel.  Lastly, West Coast ASM also installed over 4,000 square feet of metal siding at the roof screen to block all mechanical equipment from view.
