1395 22nd St, also known as The Landing, are newly constructed apartment buildings in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco, California. These apartment buildings occupy 987,000 square feet, span over multiple buildings with some up to eight stories, consist of 263 housing units and include a 70,000 square foot vehicle and bicycle parking at the basement level.
West Coast ASM’s footprint is all over the exterior of these buildings, from the metal siding, windows and door flashings to the gutters and downspouts. We installed about 40,000 square feet of metal siding: five different colors of Morin F-12 panels and two different colors of Parklex panels all in a custom pattern designed by the architect. A beautiful end result of 6,500 man hours.
