General Sheet Metal Flashing
Flashing is an impervious material that prevents water from getting into joints or acts as part of a weather-resistant barrier system. In modern buildings, flashing is used to decrease water penetration at locations such as chimneys, vent pipes, walls, windows, and door openings, all to make buildings more durable and to reduce indoor mold problems.
Metal Roofing
For residential/commercial roofing, metal is a durable and long-lasting option. Metal roofs are proven to last two to three times longer than asphalt, with high-end models such as field-locked standing seam and aluminum shingles lasting up to 60 years. A roof made of zinc or copper, meanwhile, can last well over a century.
Louvers
Architectural louvers are used in fence and gate systems, window screens, grilles, sunshades, or as stand-alone louvers. Aluminum and steel louvers provide excellent ventilation in buildings and structures, allowing airflow while ensuring privacy and security.
Expansion Joints
An expansion joint (or movement joint) is an assembly designed to hold parts together while safely absorbing vibrations, temperature-induced expansion, and contraction, or to allow movement due to ground settlement or seismic activity.
Metal Siding
Metal siding is a popular choice for factories and industrial buildings due to its protective nature and high durability. Metal siding will stand up to harsh weather conditions like snow, hail, wind, and rains, and is resistant to fire, rot, and insects. Corrugated steel is a popular option due to its wave-like design, which reinforces the structure.
Composite Metal System
A composite metal system is formed by joining two thin metal skins to a polyethylene or fire-retardant core, and then bonding them using precise temperature, pressure, and tension. This unique process makes composite metal panels lighter, and more flexible, and versatile than a solid metal of similar thickness.
Roof Screen Systems
Roof screen systems are a collection of walls or panels placed on rooftops to hide any equipment from plain sight. A variety of metals and designs can be used, and we’re happy to find an option that best suits your needs.
