Menlo Park

West Coast ASM installed approx. 75,000sf of standing seam metal roofing on the Menlo Park project. The metal roofing was installed on four existing bldg.’s which were occupied at the time of construction.

Great care had to be taken by the field crews while installing the roof panels so that the tenants were not disturbed. In addition to the metal roofing, West Coast ASM installed approximately 4500lf of trim flashing along with each building requiring a stainless steel hog valley that was 26’ wide by 50’ long.
