Exciting News from West Coast Architectural Sheet Metal!

We are proud to announce the completion of our work on the Helen Diller Anchor House, a privately funded, student apartment building complete with underground parking. Located directly across from UC Berkeley’s western edge, this LEED Gold building is designed to revolutionize the residential experience for transfer students. The multiple shared spaces and resources promise to foster a sense of connection and belonging for its residents.

Our contributions to this remarkable project include:

✅ General flashing and sheet metal installation
✅ Approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of AEPSpan 12” Prestige Series metal siding
✅ Airolite Architectural Louvers
