Casa Del Pueblo

Originally constructed in 1976, Casa Del Pueblo is a multi-unit apartment building located in the heart of the downtown area in San Jose, California.  Casa Del Pueblo Apartments was acquired by PPD in November 2015 for $29,590,000. Renovations began in April 2016 and were completed December 2016.  The apartment building consists of 330 units.

West Coast ASM took a major role in helping revamp the exterior on the Casa Del Pueblo apartments.  The exterior was decorated with over 500 custom hand rolled panels installed at variable standoffs to create depth.  For the bottom of the building West Coast ASM installed metal panels custom painted to resemble limestone
