Harker School Project

The Harker School project in Silicon Valley required extensive expertise in the Architectural Sheet Metal trade, and our field crew played a crucial role in bringing the architect’s vision to life. Before the project commenced, our field team collaborated with the architect to design custom flat seam panels that met their exact specifications.

These panels were fabricated in our shop, where our skilled team crafted approximately 3,000 custom pre-finished flat seam panels for the façade. In addition to the flat seam panels, our team at West Coast also installed over 6,500 square feet of Standing Seam Metal Roofing, including gutters, downspouts, curtain wall sills, copings, mechanical pad covers, reglet, and miscellaneous saddles and flashings.

Our attention to detail and craftsmanship ensured that all aspects of the Standing Seam Metal Roofing were installed to the highest standards. Our shop team also fabricated 1/8″ aluminum welded lobby, fascia, soffit, balcony, banister, stair guard rail cap, and window beauty cap panels, further showcasing our capabilities in custom metal fabrication. These panels were finished with precision and installed to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the Harker School project.
