Gateway 5A

The Rollins, also known as Gateway 5A by our West Coast team is a Mixed-Use, transit oriented development located in Millbrae, CA with quick access to the BART Station. It includes 80 new affordable homes along with 18 homes dedicated for our Veterans. With 17,800 man hours to complete, this project turned out beautifully.

We used Stonewood paneling to accent the core of the building, NorthClad ACM panels around the windows, edge of roof, and on the canopy at the entry way. This building has a very unique feel with the different color accents and variety of building skins. A big thank you to the joint venture team of Blach and Cahill for a great project!
